Top Battle Reports of July has begun! Check out the new changes!

Get ready for the Top BR Video Competition with a new twist! This month we will be having all the battle reports become Battle Videos, which will be placed on YouTube. So it is time to show off who is the best of the best, conquering the highest levels, beating higher levels with low levels, what fights last to the very end, etc. PVE or PVP all are welcome. You will not only win gold but YOUR battle report video could be posted on the main page. Please see below for all the information.

There will be prizes for the top Battle Report Videos, and one special prize for the Staff pick (See below on how to qualify).

Rewards
1. 12 Most Liked Battle Reports: 500 Gold + 1 Gold for each “Like” ratings.
2. Most Viewed (1 player): 1,000 Gold
3. Staff Pick (1 player): 1,000 Gold

Video Posting: July 1 to July 31
Rewarding: August 15

How to Participate

Step 1: Record your Battle Report Video
Once you have found the battle that you wish to enter into the event, you will need to capture it to video, and edit it. It might be a good idea to show some of your Research and Equipment in the video to help other players understand why you are so great. Below is a list of programs to help you with your video.

2: Add a commentary
It is as if you were watching a football game, you will want to hear the live, play by play action. You need to tell you viewers your strategy and what is going on during the fight. Subtitles can be used but they must support what is being said.

Step 3: Upload your Video to YouTube
The title of your video must follow this format: Merlin TOP BR – July – [Battle Name] – [Player Name]. The Battle Name is any name you choose that will describe the Battle.

Please put your in-game name, which server you play on, what legion you are from (if any), and the link to the actual battle report in the Description Area.

Step 4: Post the link on the forums.
Please reply to this thread with your In-Game Name, Server, and a link to your YouTube video.

All voting will take place on the YouTube video page itself. Just simply click the thumbs up or thumbs down for your favorite videos. A list of videos can be found in this thread.

Staff Pick
The Chronicles of Merlin Staff will be picking one video that is the most detailed and informative. Some of these items include:

Heroes: Their Levels and Attributes.
Equipment: What each Hero is wearing, and the stats on each piece.
Research: What has been upgraded.
Formation: Which formation, and where you placed the Heroes.

A thorough commentary, explaining your strategy, why you chose the Hero you did, why you gave certain Heroes certain equipment, and what is going on during the fight. The more details you have the more likely you will win this.
