Mine Wars Bug Update

Dear Players,

We understand that coinciding with the last CoM update there have been various bugs regarding Mine Wars. We also understand the burden this places on you and your game play as Silver is used for anything from Upgrades to Training. We have been closely monitoring the Mine Wars both in game and your reactions on the forums. For now we would like to answer a few questions:

Why are the Mine Wars still not fixed?

Upon hearing the first amount of feedback on July 19^th 2011 the Devs began testing and making changes to the Server to combat these problems. During in-house testing all problems seemed to have been resolved, but actually they were not. This week the Developers realized that in-house systems were not receiving as much stress as our public servers. They began relying making changes based on Player Feedback and playing on the public server.

Has anything been fixed?

Yes thanks to a lot of your feedback we were able to fix two items, including the Replenishment Bug and the Bug that restarts your game when clicking ‘OK’ on error messages.

When will the rest of the Bugs be fixed?

The developers are continuing to work on the issues listed below and hope to have them fixed as soon as possible. We will keep you updated when we hear anything.

What are the current known issues?

We are currently working on 4 bugs in regards to Mine Wars. These errors are associated with the message “Message Error. You can only move now”.

1. No movement Cooldown but unable to move.

2. No movement Cooldown but unable to attack.

3. Movement Cooldown with no Extraction Cooldown, but unable to Extract.

4. No movement Cooldown or Extraction Cooldown but unable to Extract.
