(1) yeah, all chests will be available from Feb.11 to Feb.15
but free chest are only available from Feb.12 to Feb. 14, cos many good items in it
(2) Regarding buffs, to celebrate this special festival, it will be Drop Rate buff on Feb. 14.
there is no buff on Feb. 10.
